1. General

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of shyni.co
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice

2. Products

  • All jewellery sold on Shyni is made from 925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise stated
  • Product images are for representation purposes — slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography lighting
  • We use CZ / Zircon / Stones in our jewellery designs; products are not diamond unless explicitly mentioned
  • Personalized and custom-made jewellery is made to order and cannot be cancelled once production begins

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and other available payment methods at checkout

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders once placed are confirmed immediately and may be dispatched quickly
  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team
  • Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues, with a full refund

5. Shipping

  • We ship across India with free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days depending on your location
  • Shyni is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery subject to eligibility conditions

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on shyni.co including logos, images, text and designs are the intellectual property of Shyni
  • You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shyni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sirsa, Haryana, India
